- For over 25 years, not only was I addicted to foods, but also to diets and to exercice. For years, if I was not bingeing, I was dieting AND exercising like a nut. I NEVER felt good. I mean REAL good, free and at peace. I was at war with myself, my body, and everything else. After years of battles, some won and others lost, I finally found peace and freedom. I eat everything I love with total delight, my weight is stable, I still exercise because I like it and I am fitter than I have ever been in my life.
